How do I set up my FTP client?

First, you must read the documentation that came with your FTP client software to learn how to connect to your FTP server.
After you know how to do this with your particular FTP software, just create a new account or profile in the software using your username and password you specified when you signed up with us. The FTP server name is your domain name.
Note that the server will disconnect after a period of inactivity. You can just reconnect to resume what your were doing.
Do not alter any files or folders in the etc, mail, and tmp directories because it will cause problems with your account and website.
Only work with the files and folders within your public_html and public_ftp directories.
